📋 Job Details

As a Junior Executive, your key responsibilities will include :

🎯  Bring in New Clients: Find candidates who need matchmaking services through social media, personal networks, events, and community connections.

🎯 Hit Sales Targets: Meet your monthly sales targets by actively reaching out to prospective clients—not just waiting for leads.

🎯 Guide & Register Candidates: Talk to educated candidates, explain how Saiyonee works, answer their questions, and get them registered.

🎯 Match Profiles & Counsel Families: Study profiles to find suitable life partners, send weekly matches, and assist families during their first meetings to guide them toward marriage.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university. Undergraduate/final-year students may apply only if able to commit to a full-time, dedicated work schedule.

✅ Candidates with some experience in sales will be prioritized.

✅ Experience in service sales, relationship management, education consultancy, insurance, banking, real estate, telecom, healthcare, or event sales will be preferred.

✅  Willingness to get out into the field, meet prospective clients, and independently find leads rather than relying only on inbound inquiries.

✅ Self-starters who take ownership of their work and have the ambition to become future leaders.

✅ Candidate must reside inside Dhaka

✅ Age- not more than 28

✅ Must stay a minimum of 1 year

Requirements:​

Requirements

✅  Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university. Students are not acceptable. 

✅  Minimum 3 years of full-time experience (After graduation) in sales, business development, client acquisition, or customer service in an established company.

✅ Candidates with experience in proactive lead generation through referrals, partnerships, networking, social media outreach, field activities, or similar channels will be preferred.

Experience in service sales, relationship management, education consultancy, insurance, banking, real estate, telecom, healthcare, or event sales will be preferred.
